We are a group of computer scientists and analytical chemists who are striving to make data analysis of terabytes of mass spectrometry data easier, robust and fun.
Amol Prakash is a developer by training. He graduated from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi majoring in Computer Science and received his PhD in Computer Science from University of Washington, Seattle. During those years, he did research internships at IBM Research Labs, Max Plank Institute for Informatics, Institute for Systems Biology and Fred Hutch Cancer Research Center. After graduation, Amol joined Thermo Fisher Scientific where he worked with an incredible team of mass spec application scientists, and together built software for targeted quantification of SRM/HRAM mass spectrometry data.
